Turnkey Solutions

Six services, one contract, one point of contact.

Most operators end up coordinating an architect, a permit expediter, a contractor, an equipment dealer and a lender themselves — while trying to open a business. We do all of it.

What we do

The six pieces, in the order they happen.

Take one, take several, or take the whole thing. The durations below are typical for a single service — on a turnkey project several of them overlap.

Consulting & Project Planning

Before a dollar is spent on drawings, we pressure-test the concept against the space, the budget and the code. Most projects that fail, fail here.

  • Site and lease review before you sign
  • Concept feasibility against zoning and building classification

Typical duration

1–3 weeks

Design & Drawings

Complete architectural, mechanical and layout drawings — the permit set the municipality reviews and the trades actually build from.

  • Architectural floor plans, elevations and finish schedules
  • Mechanical drawings — hoods, make-up air, HVAC and exhaust

Typical duration

3–5 weeks

Permits & Compliance

We prepare, submit and carry every application — building, health, fire, gas and electrical — and deal with the reviewer comments so you do not have to.

  • Building permit applications and drawing submissions
  • Public health unit plan review and pre-opening inspection

Typical duration

4–8 weeks

Equipment Sourcing & Installation

Commercial kitchen, bakery and refrigeration equipment sourced through national suppliers — specified against the drawings, delivered on schedule, installed and commissioned.

  • Equipment package specified to the menu and the mechanical set
  • Sourcing through national supplier networks including Norpex

Typical duration

6–12 weeks lead time

Renovation & Construction Management

One project manager owning the site, the trades, the schedule and the inspection sequence — so you are running a business, not chasing subcontractors.

  • Dedicated project manager as your single point of contact
  • Trade procurement, scheduling and on-site supervision

Typical duration

8–16 weeks

Leasing & Financing Solutions

Flexible lease-to-own and financing programs through trusted Canadian partners — so the equipment package does not consume the working capital you need to open.

  • Equipment leasing and lease-to-own programs
  • Financing arranged through established Canadian lenders

Typical duration

1–2 weeks to approval

Full turnkey setup

Every service above, run as a single project under one contract and one project manager — from the first site walk to the day you unlock the door. It is how most of our projects run, and it is the only version where nobody gets to point at another vendor when something slips.

Our Process

Four stages. One point of contact.

You always know which stage you are in, what is happening next and who to call about it.

  1. 011–3 weeks

    Discover

We review the site, the lease, the zoning and the concept before anything is drawn. You get an honest read on whether it works — including the version where the answer is no.

  2. 023–5 weeks

    Design

Full architectural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical drawings, coordinated against the actual equipment package and built to satisfy plan review the first time.

  3. 038–16 weeks

    Build

One project manager owns the site — trades, schedule, deliveries and the inspection sequence — while you keep running your business.

  4. 041–2 weeks

    Deliver

Equipment commissioned, deficiencies closed, final inspections passed and occupancy in hand. We stay available after the doors open.
